These Terms of Sale apply exclusively to Hosts (individuals or professionals) subscribing to a paid plan with Benode for the promotion of their listings on the Ostaal platform.
The service consists of providing management tools (iCal calendar, messaging, statistics, electronic signature). Benode is bound by a best-efforts obligation regarding platform visibility, but does not guarantee any booking results.
Prices are fixed and non-revisable during the current subscription period. Benode reserves the right to modify its pricing schedule with 30 days' notice.
Payment is due in advance. Transactions are secured by our partner Stripe. Benode does not store any complete banking data on its own servers.
The Host, as a Benode customer, accepts that service execution begins immediately after payment. Consequently, the Host expressly waives their right of withdrawal once they use the platform tools or publish a listing.
The Host indemnifies Benode against any judgment (damages, legal fees) rendered against it due to the Host's activity (illegal rental, tax fraud, accident). Benode's total liability shall not exceed the subscription amounts paid by the Host during the current calendar year.

In the event of a dispute, the Host may have recourse to a consumer mediator. Failing that, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of [city].
