These Terms of Use define the technical and legal conditions under which Benode makes its intermediation tools available to Users. Accessing or using the Platform, regardless of the device (computer, mobile, tablet), constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. Benode reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to adapt to legislative or technical changes.
The User expressly acknowledges that Benode acts as a content host within the meaning of applicable law.
Registration is free for Travelers. Hosts are subject to the Terms of Sale. Users must not use aliases, stolen identities or create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes. Benode reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
Each User agrees to use the service in good faith. Strictly prohibited: spamming, data extraction (scraping), and spreading malware.
Benode operates human and technical moderation. We reserve the right to remove without notice any listing or message that is contrary to public order, morality or Benode's commercial interests.
Benode's liability is limited to direct damages caused by a proven fault on its part in the execution of the technical service. Benode cannot be held liable for:
The Platform architecture, source code, texts, graphics and logos are the exclusive property of Benode. The Host grants Benode a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the photos and texts of their listings for the duration of their publication, for the purpose of promoting the service.
Benode processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Data is retained for the period strictly necessary for account management and transaction proof. Users may exercise their rights by email at contact@benode.fr.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a persistent dispute, and after an attempt at amicable mediation, the courts of Benode's registered office jurisdiction shall have sole competence.
